Finance Coach (Singapore)

About the role

Intellect is looking for experienced financial coaches and advisors to join its team in Singapore. You will give clients expert guidance on investment opportunities, tax strategies, retirement planning and other financial matters, mainly through 30-minute video sessions on the company's platform. This is a freelance remote role with flexible hours, open to local candidates and others, and suitable as a side income.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on debt management, cash management, insurance coverage and investments
• Assess each client's financial picture, understand their needs and build a financial plan
• Guide clients toward profitable and secure decisions and keep the plan updated
• Cultivate a client base and build win-win relationships
• Network, generate leads and sell mutual funds, stocks, bonds and similar products to meet sales quotas
• Stay up to date with industry trends and research the market to support advice
• Comply with industry rules and regulations and liaise with providers, solicitors, valuers and other professionals

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Finance Coach or in a related field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
• Internationally accredited certification or a qualification prescribed within the country of territory

• Analyse financial market data and give data-based advice
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Accuracy, attention to detail and clear explanation of complex topics
• Excellent PC knowledge and ability to use database systems
