Finance Executive (6‑month contract) – SGD 2,800‑3,500

About the role

This 6‑month contract position supports the finance team in managing accounts payable and related processes across Singapore. The Finance Executive will ensure accurate invoice recording, timely payments, and compliance with tax and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Record AP invoices accurately using Coupa and SAP.
• Reconcile monthly supplier statements and ensure timely AP closing.
• Follow up resident certificates for withholding tax.
• Support year‑end and internal audit activities.
• Handle queries on Coupa PO/GRN/Invoices and approval chains.
• Upload weekly and monthly exchange rates to SAP and Coupa.
• Post GRN exchange rates and verify rounding differences.
• Review and approve supplier onboarding and banking forms.
• Create and update vendor/bank details in SAP for non‑Compass vendors.
• Identify and implement process improvements for AP efficiency.
• Verify and update entitlement reconciliations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant finance or accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
