Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager, ERP (1 Year Contract)

About the role

The Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager, ERP will maintain finance master data in the ERP system, handle finance system queries, drive enhancements, and support the Group ERP implementation project.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation activities such as requirements clarification, solution design reviews, UAT, validation, training, cut‑over and deployment.
• Support OneStream administration for financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting and planning, and provide post‑go‑live support including root‑cause analysis and defect follow‑up.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, business users, IT teams and implementation partners to translate business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.
• Manage finance master data creation, maintenance and governance in line with policies, controls and approval procedures.
• Administer system access and security requests, ensuring compliance with segregation of duties.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP support, ERP implementation or finance transformation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and good understanding of finance processes such as reporting, consolidation, budgeting and master data management.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work across Finance, IT and business functions.
• Comfortable in a multicultural environment across multiple businesses and time zones.
