Finance Executive – Accounts Payable (Contract)

About the role

The Finance Executive (Accounts Payable) will support the Finance Manager in ensuring smooth and timely finance operations across AP, general ledger, and month‑end/year‑end closing processes. This is a 2‑year renewable contract based in Singapore with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with AP processing, GL entries, and month‑end/year‑end closing activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions.
• Prepare account schedules after quarterly closes to verify financial completeness.
• Support audit, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Partner with Marketing, Strategy, Corporate Admin, Partnerships, and Venue Management teams to analyse purchase orders and provide data‑driven insights.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and entries.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, team‑oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
