Finance Executive

About the role

The Finance Executive will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations for SMSDome. This role covers daily accounting, payroll, invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and administrative finance support to enable smooth business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes and official receipts.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims and payments in line with company policies.
• Maintain bookkeeping records and update accounting entries promptly.
• Perform bank, accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up overdue payments.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IRAS submissions and other statutory obligations.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports with supporting schedules.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities as required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies.
• Support budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring and financial planning.
• Identify process improvements to enhance finance efficiency and internal controls.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High integrity and capability to handle confidential financial information.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with MYOB or equivalent ERP/accounting systems.
