About the role

We are thrilled to welcome aspired and driven fresh graduates to join our team as an Exchange and Clearing Operations Analyst. In this role you will be an integral part of our exchange and clearing house, contributing to the seamless execution of trading activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor trade, clearing and settlement processes with precision to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support regulatory compliance by developing a solid understanding of exchange and clearing rules and procedures.
• Analyze trading data and market trends to produce informed operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operation of exchange and clearing functions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and ensure consistent reporting and documentation.
• Provide quality customer service to market participants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Participate in a rotating shift schedule to maintain 22/5 operational coverage, with shift allowance provided.

Required profile

• Recent Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability and keen interest in financial instruments and trading mechanisms.
• Proactive attitude towards regulatory compliance in financial markets.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment.
