Finance Executive

About the role

The Finance Executive will manage a full set of accounts for HIWIN Singapore, ensuring accurate financial closing, reporting and compliance. You will handle payments, GST filings and support audits while collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and inventory.
• Execute monthly and year‑end closings and prepare reporting schedules.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Process payments via GIRO and bank transfers, and manage staff claims and petty cash.
• Prepare AR aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
• Submit quarterly GST returns and withholding‑tax filings on time.
• Draft financial statements and schedules for statutory audits and liaise with auditors.
• Produce internal financial and management reports for Singapore and Taiwan headquarters.
• Assist with corporate income tax computations and coordinate with tax agents.
• Support process improvements and other finance‑related projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST and relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical, numerical and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
