Finance Manager – APAC TV Distribution

About the role

Based in our Singapore office, the Finance Manager will support commercial teams across Korea, Southeast Asia and India. You will provide financial analysis, planning support and business partnering for Sony Pictures Television Distribution and Home Entertainment, helping deliver accurate forecasts and commercial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgets, quarterly forecasts and long‑range plans (MRPs) for TV Distribution and Home Entertainment.
• Work with Sales and Sales Planning to build territory forecasts based on commercial assumptions and key drivers.
• Maintain forecasts and planning submissions in SAP BPC, ensuring assumptions and documentation are up‑to‑date.
• Analyse financial performance, explain revenue and contribution variances, and identify commercial trends.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations using SAP Analytics Cloud to support decision‑making.
• Partner with Sales teams to provide financial models, scenario analysis and decision support for customer opportunities.
• Coordinate finance queries with specialist teams (RTR, OTC, PTP, Tax, Statutory) to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain effective financial controls across planning and forecasting processes.

Required profile

• Proactive and organised, able to manage priorities independently while communicating across multiple markets and time zones.
• Commercially minded finance professional with regional experience in an international entertainment or media business.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
