Finance Manager – Hospitality Business

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our hospitality portfolio. This hands‑on, business‑facing role works closely with hotel leadership to ensure accurate accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own hotel‑specific accounting, including room revenue recognition, occupancy reporting and F&B costing.
• Validate PMS and OTA settlement data for financial accuracy.
• Review operational costs (F&B, service contracts, events) and provide cost‑control recommendations.
• Track pre‑opening and project expenditures against approved budgets.
• Prepare statutory reports, monthly revenue declarations and compliance submissions to the airport authority.
• Manage day‑to‑day financial activities, month‑end close, management reporting and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax and regulatory requirements, including GST returns and year‑end audit oversight.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on finance matters and lead a small finance team.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience working within a group structure supporting multiple entities.
• Strong business‑partnering and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Hands‑on, independent, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (advantage).
