Finance Manager - IFS Finance Advisory

About the role

PwC South East Asia Consulting is hiring a Finance Manager for its IFS Finance advisory line of service. The role leads finance operations and acts as the main point of contact for accounting matters with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze aged WIP and receivables to drive timely billing and collections, and ensure invoices are approved and paid on time
• Review the monthly financial reporting pack and analyse performance KPIs
• Prepare management reports on financial performance and update management weekly on cash flow, receipts and payments
• Advise business stakeholders on accounting practice and tax, and compile corporate and statutory reporting accurately and on time
• Handle GST and tax compliance, including quarterly GST filings, withholding tax and annual tax filings
• Produce periodic and on-demand management information and work on special projects setting up support infrastructure and change for the practice
• Act as focal point for accounting matters with shared services, HQ finance, tax, banks, external auditors and regulators, and take on ad-hoc projects

Required profile

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a statutory and management / finance business partnering role, preferably in professional services or consulting
• Degree or ACCA or another professional accounting qualification strongly desirable
• Experience managing an offshore accounting team
• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised, able to handle several priorities at once
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; work visa sponsorship available
