Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting and analysis, supporting strategic decision‑making and sustainable growth. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to monitor performance, develop forecasts and provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare, review and present financial reports, budgets and performance metrics.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze trends and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Manage cash flow, cost analysis and internal control processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate financial policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise financial processes and reporting systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance policies and procedures.

Required skills
