Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Finance Manager to lead financial operations, planning, reporting and performance analysis. The role works closely with senior leadership and multiple business functions to provide insights that drive profitability and support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Analyse financial performance, conduct variance analysis and recommend profitability improvements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital and overall financial health.
• Develop financial models, investment analyses and business cases.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance and compliance frameworks.
• Support internal and external audits and coordinate regulatory reporting.
• Partner with department heads to optimise costs and enhance financial performance.
• Oversee ERP financial systems and drive automation of reporting processes.
• Mentor finance team members and promote continuous learning.
