Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the full financial and management accounting functions for our group of companies operating in Singapore and Malaysia. Reporting to the Directors, you will ensure financial planning, compliance, reporting and risk management align with international trading standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial operations across the assigned region, including finance, cost control, taxation, budgeting, accounting and financial analysis.
• Improve regional financial systems and processes to increase efficiency.
• Oversee group consolidation processes and prepare consolidated financial statements and reports.
• Provide guidance to local and overseas subsidiaries on accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Review audit findings and ensure timely resolution of all issues.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors as well as external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, group financial and treasury policies, listing requirements and internal controls.
• Deliver strategic financial insights to senior management and cross‑functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, optimise costs and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing finance functions for multi‑entity organisations.
• Strong knowledge of consolidation, budgeting and cost control processes.
• Ability to work with subsidiaries across different jurisdictions.
• Experience handling audit processes and addressing audit findings.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and internal control frameworks.
