About the role

Join PwC’s Finance department as a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Intern and gain an inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages its end‑to‑end procurement and payment processes. You will work with AI‑driven software and digital finance tools, supporting the finance team while building a solid technical foundation in finance and accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine key Procure-to-Pay processes, creating clear process flows.
• Process and record payable transactions, including pre‑payments, fixed assets, and expenses, assigning appropriate GL accounts.
• Perform audit checks on expense claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Utilise digital finance tools, data analytics, and AI‑enabled platforms to improve efficiency and insight.
• Receive coaching and mentorship from experienced finance practitioners.

Required profile

• Motivated university students studying Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics or related fields.
• Curious and eager to develop a strong technical foundation in finance.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Interest in digital transformation and AI‑enabled finance solutions.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
