Financial Accountant

About the role

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing full‑set accounting for overseas entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance and providing essential financial support to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping: manage full‑set accounting for overseas entities, including voucher review, ledger entries, cost accounting, intercompany reconciliation and month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Tax & Compliance Management: prepare and file corporate tax returns, ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, coordinate annual audits and handle annual return and licence renewals.
• Operational Support: provide financial data and analysis to other departments, liaise with auditors, banks and government agencies.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certifications (LCCI, ACCA) are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant financial accounting experience, preferably with full‑set accounts for overseas entities.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), local tax regulations and corporate compliance procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero or SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and general MS Office skills.
