Financial Analyst – Invoice to Pay & Cash

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the Marketing business by delivering end‑to‑end financial services for Invoice‑to‑Pay (ITP) and Invoice‑to‑Cash (ITC) processes. Based in Singapore, the role sits within the Finance Services team and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information and robust controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ITP and ITC finance operations, including payments, invoice handling and transaction recording in line with accounting policies.
• Support month‑end close, financial reporting and resolution of audit or tax issues.
• Collaborate with Risk, Group Shared Services and Finance to document processes and implement controls meeting UKCR and JSE requirements.
• Design and optimise workflows to minimise manual intervention and ensure timely communication of transaction data.
• Monitor ITP/ITC processes, resolve issues proactively and keep stakeholders informed of payment status.
• Capture data for commercial decisions and new business initiatives, executing transactions in relevant systems.
• Develop and enhance forecasting models, moving from deterministic to probabilistic approaches.
• Assist with assurance sampling and implement technology solutions to automate transactional activities.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance or accounting, preferably within a large corporate environment.
• Experience with invoice‑to‑pay and invoice‑to‑cash cycles and month‑end close activities.
• Knowledge of financial controls, audit processes and regulatory requirements (UKCR, JSE).
• Ability to design, document and improve financial processes.
• Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
