Financial Analyst – Operations Finance (Assembly & Test)

About the role

The Finance Analyst will support the monthly financial close, flash reporting, budgeting and cost analysis for the Assembly & Test organization. Working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance teams, the role provides accurate financial insights and drives process improvements through automation and data analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly financial close activities, refresh data files, prepare journal entries and produce variance analysis with commentary.
• Deliver flash reporting packages, analyze loading performance, utilization rates and spending variances, and prepare executive‑ready summaries.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting cycles by validating cost models, maintaining cost mappings and conducting plan‑over‑plan analysis.
• Extract, consolidate and analyse operational and financial data, develop recurring reports and performance dashboards.
• Identify automation opportunities, improve data refresh pipelines and participate in cross‑functional improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, manufacturing finance or business analysis, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills with high attention to data accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, data modelling).
• Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
• ERP systems knowledge, preferably SAP.
• SQL, Python, VBA or Power Automate for automation.
