Financial Crime Manager – Consulting

About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced Financial Crime Manager to lead anti‑financial crime initiatives for clients across the globe. The role involves staying current with regulatory changes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory updates and share best practices with the team.
• Collaborate with global PwC networks to design client‑specific financial crime solutions.
• Assess client policies and frameworks across AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions, and related domains.
• Support business development, proposal creation, and project financial management.
• Mentor junior staff and foster their professional growth.

Required profile

• College degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in anti‑financial crime, risk & compliance, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and KYC procedures.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with AI/ML technologies applied to financial crime solutions.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS are a plus.
