Financial Director – Head of Finance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead our financial function within the securities sector. As the Head of Finance, you will own strategic financial planning, capital operations, and compliance, ensuring the company’s financial health across overseas markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, delivering detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement a financial management framework aligned with IFRS and local regulations, managing audits and regulatory inspections.
• Oversee treasury activities, cash‑flow management, budgeting and cost optimisation, and optimise capital structure for efficiency.
• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing finance team, collaborating with business and operations to embed financial insight into decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related fields; professional designations such as CPA, ACCA or CFA are highly preferred.
• At least 8 years of financial management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within the securities, investment banking or related financial sectors.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
