Financial Due Diligence Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead our Financial Due Diligence team, supporting corporate and private‑equity clients on a wide range of transactions. The role involves providing strategic advice, analysing financial performance and helping clients maximise value throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence and related transaction services for large corporate and private‑equity clients.
• Analyse financial and operational results, assess quality of earnings, net assets and cash flows.
• Identify issues for purchase‑price adjustments, deal structuring and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and review deliverables such as Excel databooks, written reports and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings, discuss findings and support decision‑making.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting or business, or professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a global accounting firm with strong knowledge of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
• Proven ability to lead engagements, interview senior management and assess target company financials.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
