Financial Entity Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced multi‑entity finance professional to lead the operational finance backbone of our rapidly expanding group across Southeast Asia and Europe. As Head of Finance Operations, you will own bookkeeping, statutory close, group consolidation, FP&A modelling, treasury, and inter‑company administration for five current entities and upcoming ones in Cyprus and Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly close for all group entities, coordinating internal and external accountants to deliver audit‑ready statutory books.
• Consolidate the group’s financial statements into a single P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow, managing inter‑company flows and FX translation.
• Build and maintain a rolling group forecast model with scenario analysis across revenue, costs, headcount, and cash runway.
• Track actuals versus budget, surface variances early and provide clear narrative for leadership.
• Run treasury operations including daily cash positioning, FX exposure management, inter‑company funding flows, and banking relationships.
• Administer the inter‑company framework, book inter‑company invoices, maintain transfer‑pricing documentation, and coordinate with tax advisors.
• Oversee external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors for each jurisdiction.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with proven experience in multi‑entity bookkeeping, statutory close, and group consolidation.
• Strong analytical ability to build FP&A models and conduct scenario planning.
• Hands‑on experience with treasury functions, FX management, and inter‑company accounting.
• Comfortable working with leadership on forecasting, capital planning, and board‑level reporting.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Cyprus, and Vietnam.
