Financial Services Associate – Flexible Hours

About the role

Join Great Eastern’s financial services team as a Financial Services Associate, working either full‑time or part‑time across Singapore. You will be placed with a top agency, receive structured training, and have the flexibility to choose your working days and location.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment, insurance, or savings products for individuals and companies.
• Provide high‑quality advisory and customer service throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Assist in closing initial cases with support from the agency to establish a solid foundation.
• Develop corporate insurance clientele and specialise in B2B group employee benefit solutions.

Required profile

• Diploma from a local polytechnic or equivalent qualification.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to sit for RES5, M9, M9A & HI exams (costs covered).

• Basic salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 6,000 per month, plus uncapped commissions, bonuses and yearly incentive trips.
