Financial Services Assurance - Year Long Internship Program

About the role

PwC's Financial Services Assurance practice helps organisations strengthen trust and transparency in financial reporting, working with clients in asset management, banking, capital markets and insurance. This year-long internship lets you join the team on Financial Services clients and gain hands-on experience in audit and ESG work.

Key responsibilities

• Handle basic audit functions, prioritise and organise audit tasks assigned to you
• Prepare sections of audit documentation and refine them based on the manager's feedback
• Research ESG-related topics and assist in drafting research papers
• Help the team with ESG projects for financial services clients and learn about global and Asia Pacific ESG and sustainability initiatives
• Work alongside ESG experts

Required profile

• Currently pursuing Banking & Finance at a local polytechnic
• Keen to develop themselves in the profession, highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative
• Good co-curricular activities record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence
