Fitness Trainer – Group Sessions & Assessments

About the role
We are seeking energetic and disciplined Fitness Trainers to lead group fitness sessions, conduct physical assessments and ensure a safe training environment. This role involves following established lesson plans and supporting the overall fitness development of participants.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct group‑level fitness training according to lesson plans.
- Perform fitness assessments, including the Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT).
- Enforce safety rules, report equipment defects and hazards, and carry out risk assessments.
- Assist in organising fitness‑related events and programmes.
Required profile
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills and commitment to safety.
- Physical standards met: BMI below 25 or body‑fat below 25%.
- Completed Full‑Time National Service and passed IPPT, if applicable.
Required skills
- Relevant fitness trainer certification (preferred).
- Valid CPR/AED and Standard First‑Aid certification (preferred).
