About the role

The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager leads the planning, execution and delivery of clinical research projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, timelines and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and timelines; track financial performance and scope changes.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate site feasibility, set‑up, monitoring and close‑out activities.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior project staff and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing clinical trial projects, preferably at senior level.
  • Strong ability to manage budgets, contracts and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

  • Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge.
  • ICH guidelines and SOP compliance.
  • Project management tools and techniques.
  • Financial tracking and budgeting for clinical studies.
