Fleet Technician (Marine, Mechanical, 5.5 days)

About the role
The Fleet Technician will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery onboard marine vessels. The position is based in Singapore and follows a 5.5‑day work week.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on shipboard mechanical systems.
- Execute lathe machining, basic gas welding, TIG welding and cutting operations to facilitate repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Required profile
- Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in mechanical fitment, gas/TIG welding, and hydraulic‑pneumatic troubleshooting.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 2,500 to 2,900 per month.
