Flight Supply Manager – Singapore

About the role

As the leader for Flights in Singapore and Malaysia, you will shape Agoda’s market presence, drive partner strategy and build the foundations for long‑term success. This high‑impact, highly visible position sits at the intersection of commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships and cross‑functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute market strategies for Singapore and Malaysia, balancing growth, profitability and competitive positioning.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, availability and terms with airline partners to maximise Agoda’s competitiveness.
• Act as the market voice, providing aviation and online‑travel insights to internal product and growth teams.
• Build deep, trusted executive‑level relationships with suppliers and drive joint initiatives that enhance distribution and revenue.
• Collaborate with regional supply, operations and product specialists to meet partners’ day‑to‑day needs.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities, test solutions and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the flights/OTA/airline industry with a proven track record of growth through partnerships and negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen, able to balance short‑term results with long‑term market building.
• Executive presence and excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands‑on execution capability in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Analytical rigor and experience developing end‑to‑end business plans across commercial, operational, legal and marketing dimensions.
