Floor Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Floor Supervisor to join the housekeeping team at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore’s only beachfront resort. In this role you will help ensure the smooth daily operation of guest room cleaning and public area upkeep, supporting a high‑standard guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily housekeeping workflow, ensuring rooms and corridors are cleaned to brand standards.
• Support managers in maintaining service quality and reporting maintenance issues to Engineering.
• Supervise and coach housekeeping staff, monitoring performance and process flow.
• Maintain and replenish guest room supplies, bathroom amenities, and arrange guest belongings as needed.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee compliance with standards.
• Interact professionally with guests when assistance is required.
