Floor Supervisor – NoMad Singapore

About the role

The Floor Supervisor ensures that guest floors, rooms, and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety. Working closely with Room Attendants, Front Office, and Engineering, the role guarantees an exceptional guest experience through effective supervision and quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain brand‑standard cleanliness.
• Supervise turndown service, monitor room readiness, and coordinate accurate room status with the Front Office.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Room Attendants, providing on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering to report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle guest requests and complaints, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.
• Maintain housekeeping documentation, reports, and key‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high housekeeping standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for supervising staff and interacting with guests.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of hotel safety, security, and privacy protocols.
