FM Associate

About the role

We are looking for an FM Associate to join Surbana Jurong in Singapore. The role focuses on managing soft‑service facilities, ensuring quality standards and supporting audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the FM schedule for soft‑service scopes such as cleaning, landscaping and pest control.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare or review Quality Management System (QMS) documentation as needed.
• Execute, compile and report on internal audits, analyse findings and drive corrective‑and‑preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare meeting presentations based on audit data, trends and analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance against agreed standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in FM operations, audits or quality management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of soft services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control) is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and capable of working independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
