About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our island‑wide operations in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant activities, ensuring top‑notch service, and driving customer satisfaction across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily management operations and supervise shift schedules.
Deliver superior food and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
Appraise staff performance, provide feedback and coach for productivity.
Forecast and estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
Work night shifts as required.

Required profile

Proven experience in a managerial role within food and beverage.
Strong customer service background.
Excellent leadership, motivational and people skills.
Solid financial management capability.
