About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead daily operations across our island‑wide restaurant network, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction. This middle‑management position reports to senior leadership and plays a key role in maintaining operational standards.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily management operations across multiple outlets.
Deliver superior food and beverage service while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
Organise and supervise staff shifts, ensuring proper coverage.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
Work night shifts as required.

Required profile

Proven work experience in a supervisory or similar role within food and beverage.
Strong customer service background.
Extensive F&B knowledge, including ingredients and menu items.
Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
Acute financial management abilities.
