About the role
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the service of all food and beverage operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. The role offers on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to rotate through different sections to gain a thorough understanding of restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee front‑ and back‑of‑house service, ensuring safety and food quality standards are met.
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and sales target achievement.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to other departments and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by operation managers.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; on‑job training will be provided.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
