About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Food Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations across Singapore. The role involves ensuring high service standards, food quality, and customer satisfaction while managing a dynamic team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle inventory management and control costs effectively.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to enhance efficiency.
Required profile
- Several years of experience as a Food Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
