About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Food Services Operations Manager to lead our island‑wide food service outlets. In this mid‑management position you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire food service operation across all locations.
• Deliver superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and develop customer loyalty programmes.
• Update and implement company policies.
• Develop overall marketing strategy for the food services division.
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
• Organise and supervise shift schedules.
• Hire, train, lead and evaluate staff performance.
• Forecast requirements, maintain inventory and control supplies.
• Manage costs, minimise wastage and optimise productivity.
• Foster a positive working environment for all employees.
• Monitor operations and implement innovative strategies to improve sales.

Required profile

• Mid‑level management experience in food services or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
