Forex Country Manager – Singapore

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for Singapore, you will lead the expansion of DB Investing’s presence in the market. You will be responsible for driving sales, building a network of Introducing Brokers, and delivering revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in Singapore.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new high‑net‑worth and institutional clients.
• Onboard and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to strengthen market penetration.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective business development.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing local sales and business development team.
• Ensure all operations comply with Singapore’s regulatory framework.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments, and local regulations.
• Strong network of clients and Introducing Brokers.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
• Leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Based in Singapore with fluency in Chinese, Malay and English.
