Fragrance Development Support Coordinator

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is hiring a Fragrance Development Support Coordinator for its Scent division. The role is onsite in Biopolis, Singapore and sits within a customer-focused team that supports fragrance design and product development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and requests from the Sales and Scent Design teams, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business needs.
• Work with internal departments such as Sales, Labs, Customer Service and Creative Centres, keeping projects transparent.
• Monitor project costs and promote cost optimization across teams.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for sample requests: create orders in PUMA/SAP, prioritize, prepare, label and coordinate shipments.
• Maintain accurate records in PUMA and SAP, track QC results and close sample orders (PGI).
• Prepare and manage regulatory and product documentation (CoA, MSDS, PDS, IFRA) using SAP and Clover.
• Build understanding of customer accounts and commercial strategies, and share best practices to improve sampling, shipping and project workflows.
• Provide backup support for the FDS and Shipping teams during absences.

Required profile

• Diploma in International Business or another relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Good team player who can work under stress and communicate well.
• Eagerness to learn, good multitasking with attention to detail, and proactive problem solving.
