About the role

Join our team as a Fragrance Evaluator Trainee, working Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM in Tampines. You will receive hands‑on training to develop professional scent‑evaluation skills while supporting product development and quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in fragrance testing and evaluate scent samples.
• Identify fragrance notes and provide feedback for product development.
• Record evaluation results and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with sample preparation and basic laboratory activities.
• Support quality control to ensure fragrance consistency.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
• Attend training sessions to develop evaluation expertise.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Background in Chemistry, Biology, or Marketing related to fragrances is an advantage.
• Passionate about fragrances with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good sense of smell and ability to distinguish different scents.
• Effective communication and observation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and a team player.
