Freelance Event Manager – Part‑time (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time, on‑site Event Manager to support Fever Originals experiences in Singapore. The role combines preparation, logistics and on‑the‑day coordination for weekend events, ensuring smooth execution and a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main on‑site point of contact for Fever staff and manage communication with the Fever Originals manager.
• Set staff schedules, coordinate with the staffing agency, and ensure all team members are trained.
• Transport event supplies to and from venues, manage inventory and track printing needs.
• Oversee guest lists, opening and closing remarks, and act as the primary customer‑service representative at each event.
• Provide weekly reports to Project Managers covering pre‑ and post‑event findings.
• Assist with venue walk‑throughs and evaluate potential locations when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event management or a related degree.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to lead an on‑site team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence is strongly preferred.
• Personal laptop required for reporting and communication.
