Freelance Livestreaming Specialist (Zoom Webinar)

About the role

Hire Digital is looking for a detail-oriented, technically proficient Freelance Livestreaming Specialist to support an upcoming corporate webinar for a leading pharmaceutical client. The role covers end-to-end livestream execution, including technical setup, pre-recordings, interpreter coordination and live event operations. It is a temporary, remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage all Zoom webinar sessions, including pre-recordings, dry runs, tech checks and live events.
• Run technical checks with speakers, moderators and interpreters for camera, sound and screen-sharing quality.
• Manage pre-recordings and run moderator rehearsals and interpreter tests, checking language channels and sound.
• Oversee live operations, transitions between pre-recorded and live segments, screen sharing and Q&A facilitation.
• Display and manage branded elements (holding slides, banners, logos) in line with the client's corporate identity.
• Monitor chat and audience Q&A, coordinate with the client's internal team on cues, and provide real-time troubleshooting support.
• Record and deliver final webinar outputs in English and Vietnamese, and share post-event assets.
• Prepare a short post-event summary covering technical performance and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in livestream or webinar production, ideally for corporate or MNC clients.
• Proven expertise with Zoom Webinar (setup, panelist management, practice/live modes, interpreter channels, recording).
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills under live conditions, and excellent communication, organisation and client-facing professionalism.
• Ability to coordinate speakers, interpreters and moderators smoothly.
• Reliable home setup with stable high-speed internet, webcam and quality microphone.
• Familiarity with holding slides, banners and branded overlays preferred.
