Freezer Fridge Repair Technician

About the role

As a Freezer Fridge Repair Technician you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing refrigerators and freezer units for an established ice supplier. The role requires on‑site visits across Singapore, ensuring equipment operates reliably while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure refrigerators and freezer fridges to achieve full operational functionality.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to sustain equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot on‑site issues independently, aiming for first‑time fixes.
• Follow all safety protocols during repair and maintenance work.
• Explain technical issues clearly to customers to maintain high CSAT scores.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace during service visits.
• Record service reports, parts usage and customer feedback accurately.
• Diagnose and repair returned products in‑house efficiently.
• Manage warehouse spare parts and disposal activities as required.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects assigned by the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Valid Class 3 Singapore driving licence.
• 0–2 years of on‑site technician experience in the consumer electronics or refrigeration sector.
• Ability to troubleshoot freezer and fridge cooling issues effectively.
• O‑level education or higher.
