Front Desk Agent – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team in Singapore. Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for both regular and VIP visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check‑in guests, providing accurate information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
• Handle reservations, walk‑ins, VIP guests, group bookings, and special requests using the prescribed procedures.
• Record and resolve guest requests, accidents or thefts within a 20‑minute response time, documenting all matters in the Nuvola system.
• Maintain the reception hand‑over book, update guest feedback, and ensure guest privacy and security.
• Manage front‑desk supplies, adhere to credit and payment policies, and promote up‑selling to maximize rates.
• Keep work areas clean and organized at all times.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a strong service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to differentiate guest types.
• Detail‑oriented, accountable, and able to work under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering authentic, honest, and energetic guest interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Nuvola hotel management system.
