Front Desk Customer Service Officer – Medical Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

The Front Desk Customer Service Officer will be the first point of contact for patients at a leading medical aesthetic clinic in Singapore. You will handle enquiries, manage registrations and support the dispensary team while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Register patients, update personal details and maintain orderly filing systems.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s booking calendar.
• Perform cashier duties, process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Assist the dispensary by preparing and dispensing clinic products and medications.
• Maintain inventory: sort, count, replenish stock and keep the dispensary area clean and organized.
• Support purchase orders, receive deliveries and help with stock‑take activities.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O‑Level qualification.
• Prior experience in a clinic, receptionist, cashier or similar customer‑facing role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
