About the role
The Frontend Software Engineer supports the CX team in designing, building, testing, and maintaining responsive customer‑facing interfaces and user flows. The role emphasizes usability, accessibility, performance, secure API consumption, and delivering seamless digital journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible, and maintainable customer‑facing interfaces using React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement reusable UI components, state management, validation, error handling, and integrate with RESTful APIs and authentication flows.
- Optimise page performance, mobile usability, browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- Develop frontend tests including unit, component, end‑to‑end, and regression tests.
Required profile
- Strong hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience designing reusable components, responsive interfaces, and ensuring browser compatibility and accessibility.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, code review, and Agile delivery.
