Frontline Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Join BullionStar, Singapore’s leading precious metals dealer, as a Frontline Customer Support Specialist. You will be the trusted voice for customers buying, selling, storing, or delivering gold, silver and platinum, ensuring every interaction reinforces confidence in their wealth decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent BullionStar in every interaction across email and phone, providing accurate information and maintaining trust.
• Handle high volumes of enquiries with consistent quality, meeting personal and team KPIs.
• Identify recurring issues, propose improvements and work with the team to implement changes.
• Protect customer confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data responsibly.
• Leverage AI and technology to draft responses, analyse sentiment and automate repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• Intelligent, detail‑oriented and able to absorb new information quickly.
• Strong common sense and good judgement in unexpected situations.
• Proactive initiative to raise and drive improvements.
• Versatile, comfortable switching between customer conversations, operational and administrative tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent service and interested in precious metals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted writing or analysis tools (e.g., AI chat assistants, sentiment analysis).

What we offer

• Salary S$2,700‑S$4,000 per month.
• 13th‑month bonus and up to 3‑month variable bonus.
• 5‑day work week with one weekend day.
