Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer with 1–5 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications across both frontend and backend systems. The role involves close collaboration with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams to turn product requirements into production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and refine business and product requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and development tasks.
• Design, develop, test and maintain full‑stack applications (frontend and backend).
• Build scalable, secure and high‑performance APIs and services.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.
• Implement and integrate machine‑learning models or data pipelines where needed.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, React, Angular or Vue.
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Java (or similar).
• Containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes.
• APIs & Microservices: RESTful APIs, micro‑service architecture.
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL.
• Machine Learning basics: model integration, data pipelines.
