Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications that serve schools and other client stakeholders. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, turning user requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible UI components using modern frontend frameworks and collaborate with designers and product managers.
• Build and maintain backend APIs, services, and business logic, implementing authentication, authorization, and role‑based access controls.
• Design data models, workflows, and automation features that improve operational visibility, reporting, and decision‑making.
• Implement automated testing, secure coding practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Engage with users to gather feedback, validate solutions, and continuously improve the product.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering or full‑stack development.
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade web applications.
• Experience working in Agile or product‑oriented teams.
