Full Stack Engineer / Software Engineer

About the role

Red Dot AI is seeking a hands‑on Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and continuously improve its AI‑powered digital twin platform for data centres. You will work across the entire technology stack, from responsive front‑end interfaces to robust back‑end services, and contribute to real‑world project deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across frontend, backend, and API layers of the data‑centre intelligence platform.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Implement backend services, RESTful APIs, business logic, and data models with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Support platform deployment in customer environments, handling configuration, integration, and data access requirements.
• Create connectors and ingestion workflows for systems like BMS, DCIM, sensors, telemetry platforms, using protocols such as MQTT, Modbus, OPC.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
• Define and improve AI‑assisted development workflows and coding guardrails.

Required profile

• Proven experience building full‑stack web applications in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable working closely with product, engineering, and project teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Interest in applying AI‑driven tools to enhance software engineering productivity.
