Full Stack Senior Developer, Vice President

About the role

Citi is looking for a Full Stack Senior Developer (Vice President) in Singapore. This senior position establishes and implements new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team, leading applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization and support of Loan IQ applications and integrations using the LIQ SDK.
• Analyse business requirements and turn them into scalable technical solutions and application designs.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs and microservices with Java, Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Build and maintain the LoanIQ APIs using the LIQ SDK, and develop frontend applications with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Design integrations with upstream and downstream systems using messaging technologies and RESTful services.
• Provide technical leadership, run code reviews, and guide development teams to follow architecture standards and best practices.
• Work with product owners, business analysts, QA and infrastructure teams across the SDLC, and take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Support production releases, issue triage, root cause analysis and application stability initiatives.
• Drive CI/CD adoption, automation and DevOps best practices, mentor junior developers, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, risk and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with global teams on strategic initiatives, platform modernization and digital transformation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience in apps development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in systems analysis and software programming.
• Experience managing and delivering successful projects.
• SME in at least one area of applications development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
