Full Stack Software Engineer – 1 Year Fixed-Term

About the role

Activate Interactive is seeking a Technical Lead – Full‑Stack Engineer to drive the delivery of its IGCH cloud‑based platform. This fixed‑term position (1 year) will work closely with the Solution Architect, Product Owner, UI/UX Designer and other specialists to build a secure, scalable digital solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team in designing, developing and delivering the platform.
• Translate solution architecture into concrete frontend, backend, API and database designs.
• Develop application components using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Design and implement secure REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Oversee relational data modelling, schema design and audit logging.
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure Team to deploy applications in AWS environments.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, build processes and environment configurations.
• Act as Security Champion, embedding secure coding, SAST, dependency and secret scanning, and managing VAPT remediation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading full‑stack development teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native architectures and AWS deployment.
• Hands‑on expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and security best practices.
